Impact Design prides itself as one of the best embroidery facilities in the United States. We currently have 450 Tajima embroidery heads with a capacity to produce 25,000 units per day. Our average turn-time is 3-5 business days upon receipt of product and art approval.

Impact also offers in house digitizing services with artists that will digitize to specific fabric types if necessary. We know all of the “tricks of the trade” and have established many new tricks of our own in order to generate outstanding sew quality with the goal of making sure that you look good to your customer!

In addition to standard embroidery, we also offer specialty processes such as tackle twill, puff embroidery, personalization and much more.
Impact offers additional services such as individual bags, kitting, drop-shipping orders to multiple addresses and applying hangtag / pre-price stickers for retail opportunities.
