With 9 M&R Automatic presses and the ability to produce 45,000 units per day, there is no order that Impact Design can’t handle. We offer spot color printing, four-color process, simulated process, foil, chino, glitter and much more.  We also offer Direct To Garment Printing and Digital Heat Seal applications for small order quantities.  All screen printed items are gluten free and CPSIA compliant.

Our on-site art department can handle even the most challenging arts and works hand-in-hand with our production team to generate superior quality with creativity.  We also offer free art development on orders over 1000 pieces and free pre-production samples on orders over 288 pieces.

Impact offers additional services such as individual bags, kitting, drop-shipping orders to multiple addresses and applying hangtag / pre-price stickers for retail opportunities.
